Close-on 300 learners from Sinomonde Primary School in Greenfields and Umzuvukile High School in Mooiplaas have received Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that will ensure necessary precaution in preventing the potential spread of COVID-19 in their school setting.
On Saturday, 20 June 2020, Makokou, the 34-year-old gorilla from the Johannesburg zoo underwent a three-hour endoscopic nasal and sinus surgery. Priontex was honored to donate the drapes, gowns and a custom operating pack used in this successful procedure.
The Indoni Academy was invited to choreograph and perform a special dance work for a Gynaecology Endoscopy Conference: Bringing equilibrium between health services in Africa and the World; this was to be held on 15 April 2019 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
In the spirit of Mandela Day, Priontex donated 100 surgical gowns to the hospital.
