Return or Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges for all garments purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- Your return or exchange request is received by us within 14 days (including weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order
- There is no embroidery on the garments
- Items have not been worn or washed
- Items is not altered or customised in any way
- Items must be returned in original packaging along with the original tax invoice
Contact us for returns or exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please note the following:
- Notify us within 14 days stating why you wish to return or exchange your order. Send your email to sales@priontex.com or submit the form above.
- You will be responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with garments to be returned to our PrionTex Cape Town offices (3rd Floor, Elzet Building, 33 Lester Road, Wynberg, Cape Town, 7800)
- We advise that returns are booked through a reputable courier service who can provide a track-and-trace waybill facility. PrionTex will not be held responsible for ‘loss in transit’ of any return orders
- Should you require a return delivery, this will be for your expense. PrionTex will quote and bill you in this regard. Goods will only be shipped once shipping fees have been paid and cleared in our account
- If the garment is returned due to manufacturing fault, PrionTex will cover the return shipping fees
Refund Method:
- The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between financial institutions, depending on their processing times.
