Environmental
Sustainability is built into how we manufacture, not treated as an add-on. We track and manage our environmental footprint across energy, water, fuel and waste, with active recycling and waste diversion programmes, growing use of solar power, and ongoing investment in water storage and harvesting infrastructure to reduce reliance on municipal supply. These initiatives are reviewed continuously as part of our Quality Management System.
Social
Our people, and the communities we operate in, are central to how we work. We run learnership programmes in all four regions, open to PrionTex staff and the wider community, and offer bursaries to matriculants pursuing further education. Ongoing investment in skills, safety, and leadership development training sits alongside annual employee wellness initiatives run in partnership with our stakeholders.

We hold ourselves to internationally recognised standards of quality, compliance and accountability. Our facilities maintain ISO 13485 certification and SAHPRA registration across all regions, underpinned by rigorous KPI monitoring, sustainability reporting and a strong regulatory compliance track record.
